Allegiant is strict about their personal item policy and gate agents frequently use sizers. Your base fare includes 1 Personal Item (under-seat) only. Anything larger, including a bag for the overhead bin, will be charged as a carry-on. Expect agents to measure your bag and be prepared to pay a high fee at the gate if it does not fit the sizer perfectly.
