There is no published size limit for the personal item. Personal items go under the seat in front of you, while carry-on bags go in the overhead bin. When a size limit is published, measure the bag from the furthest points, including handles and wheels.

Jetstar offers 9 fares across all routes. Starter is the cheapest fare. Mini is only available on domestic routes. Max, Business, and Business Max are only available on international routes. Baggage allowances for More and Flex change by route, so check the table for the exact details. Personal items and carry-on bags share a combined weight limit, while checked bags have their own combined weight limit.
